Responsibilities
- Curate relevant proposals to meet new partners; and provide FFL resources to support partners' family-centric initiatives.
- Manage partnerships, including tracking deals/sponsorships and maintaining partner repository.
- Conduct research on partnership opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage and coordinate between event management company and partners for onsite activations, ensuring smooth execution of event logistics and resources.
- Manage agency's partnership acquisition deliverables, timeline and progress tracking.
- Analyse partners' feedback and support progress reporting.
Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, marketing or communications
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative and is comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Attention to details and timeline with good teamwork
- Possess good verbal and written skills, and creativity.
- Preferably 1 year working experience
Working Schedule
Mon – Thurs: 8:30am-6:00pm
Fri:8:30am-5:30pm
days in office, 2 days from home
