**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**

- Door-to-Door Sales: Conduct outreach to potential clients in person, building trust and generating leads.
- Networking Events: Attend networking events 1-2 times a week to connect with potential clients and partners.
- Social Media Outreach: Use social media platforms for lead generation and building client relationships.
- Online Networking Calls: Attend our company’s online networking calls/webinars once a week.
- Social Media Marketing: Participate in creating short-form videos for the company’s social media pages to support brand efforts occasionally.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable conducting door-to-door sales, phone outreach, and networking events.
- Willingness to adapt, learn, and actively grow their skillset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must work independently while collaborating with a team to meet goals.
- Fluent in English and one additional language (preferably your mother tongue).

**Tiered Commission Structure (1st deal close)**

Tier 1: 30% commission on the first SGD 4,000

Tier 2: 35% commission on SGD 4,001 - SGD 8,000

Tier 3: 40% commission on sales above SGD 8,001

**Retainer Commission Structure (recurring months after 1st mth deal closed)**

Tier 1: 25% commission on the first SGD 4,000 in monthly sales.

Tier 2: 30% commission on SGD 4,001 to SGD 8,000.

Tier 3: 35% commission on any sales above SGD 8,001.
