Responsibilities
- Repair and replace faulty hardware component at customer site (Laptop,
- Desktop and tablet)
- Install and reloading of windows OS Diagnose and replace the correct faulty
- parts
- Report and update job status using real time system
- Ensure services are delivered in compliance to IT security and SLA
- Willing to travel around Singapore

Requirement
- NITEC or Diploma in any IT related field
- Relevant IT support experience is an advantage
- Good Soft skills
- Must be willing to travel island wide.
- Positive attitude
