Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate landed property development projects from demolition to Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC).
  • Report to the Project Director and assist in the day-to-day execution of project and site deliverables.
  • Review and manage material and equipment requisitions to ensure timely construction progress.
  • Supervise site clearance, utility disconnections, and demolition works in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure effective planning, sequencing, and issue resolution.
  • Compile and organize as-built drawings, warranties, O&M manuals, and other documentation for smooth project handover.
  • Handle customer enquiries and manage post-TOP matters, including defect rectification and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support quantity surveying functions such as cost estimation, procurement coordination, and budget monitoring.
