5.25 days work week, alternate Saturday.

8.30am to 6pm.

Job Description: Project Coordinator

Project in SP Group's cable tunnels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Assist in planning and organizing power cable-laying projects in SP Group's cable tunnels, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Technical Assistance: Support the project team in maintaining compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with project teams, site teams, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Progress Monitoring: Assist in tracking project milestones, prepare reports, and address any challenges proactively.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all engineering and construction activities comply with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Nitec/ Diploma in any Project Management, Construction, Administration or Engineering studies.
  • Experience: As work scope is relatively specialised, On Job Training will be provided. Any project management or construction experience is bonus but not required.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment.
