Presales Engineer
We're looking for a Presales Engineer to support our client's pre-sales efforts, helping sales teams, partners, and clients understand the power of their solutions. You'll play a key role in preparing demos, leading proof-of-concepts, responding to technical requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales delivery.
What we would like
We're after someone with strong technical expertise, presentation skills, and consultative selling ability. In this role, you'll:
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical responses to client requests.
- Act as the technical expert for sales teams and partners, supporting pre-sales campaigns.
- Translate product capabilities into clear business value and ROI for clients.
- Represent the company at partner events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to Professional Services for implementation success.
Your keys to success
You'll thrive in this role if you're a technically skilled communicator who enjoys solving problems and influencing decisions. You'll bring:
- 5+ years' pre-sales technical experience supporting enterprise software sales.
- Strong knowledge across web, cloud, networking, databases, and security concepts.
- Proven ability to present, consult, and build trust with enterprise clients.
- Hands-on experience with integration methods, APIs, and automation technologies (RPA, AI, machine learning, NLP).
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience), with willingness to travel globally up to 50%.
