Our client is a distributor of network and cybersecurity solutions.

They are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused IAM Presales Consultant to support CyberArk product line. This role involves working closely with sales, engineering, and channel partners to deliver compelling identity security solutions, focusing on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and broader IAM architectures.

Responsibilities:

  • Presales Support: Lead technical discussions, product demos, and proof-of-concept engagements for CyberArk solutions.
  • Solution Design: Architect IAM and PAM solutions tailored to customer environments, integrating CyberArk with existing infrastructure.
  • Technical Enablement: Train and support channel partners and internal teams on CyberArk capabilities, deployment models, and best practices.
  • RFP/RFI Responses: Assist in preparing technical documentation, solution proposals, and compliance mappings.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand CyberArk's value in securing privileged accounts and identities.
  • Collaboration: Work with CyberArk's technical teams and Company's product managers to stay updated on product releases and roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or infrastructure presales roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk Core PAS, EPM, PAM-as-a-Service, or Identity Security Platform.
  • Strong understanding of IAM protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), directory services (AD, Entra ID), and Zero Trust principles.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, Guardian) are a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in distributor or channel-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
