Vertiv is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates through our Customer Engineering Training (CET) Program — a comprehensive 12-month journey designed to develop future Customer Engineers (CEs).

As a CE, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our critical infrastructure solutions remain fully operational through installation, commissioning, maintenance, and emergency support — directly impacting customer satisfaction and system reliability.

What To Expect

• Blended learning: Instructor-led sessions and self-paced modules
• Product and Service Training in Power, Thermal, and Monitoring systems

Qualifications:

• Early-career engineer or entry-level candidate with at least tertiary education in fields like Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and/or Mechatronic Engineering
• Keen interest in a career in the technology domain with basic understanding of hardware, software and network systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
• Maximum 1 year work experience and able to commence in November 2025
