About the role

As a Service Engineer at MEDICAL IMAGING SYSTEMS PTE. LTD.', you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art medical imaging equipment. Based in the North-East Region, this full-time position will involve on-site and remote troubleshooting, repair, and proactive maintenance to keep our customers' systems running at optimal performance.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance on a variety of medical imaging systems
  2. Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues, either on-site or remotely
  3. Repair and replace faulty components, ensuring systems are restored to full functionality
  4. Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional after-sales support
  5. Maintain detailed records of all service activities and generate reports as required
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, techniques, and industry regulations
  7. Collaborate with the wider engineering team to share knowledge and implement continuous improvements

What we're looking for

  1. ITE and above Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
  2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  3. Hands-on experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of a range of medical imaging systems
  4. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and team member
