Expectations of the Role:
- Monitor and report stockholdings.
- Prepare indent reports for monthly reviews.
- Manage replenishment and inbound inventory in line with forecasts, commercial, and stockholding requirements.
- Support monthly KPI metrics and perform root cause analysis to improve metrics and performance.
- Ensure timely submission of internal and external reports and present operational KPIs.
- Effectively use the SAP system to manage a high number of material SKUs.
- Support clients service team in good receipt, redressing, write off, item creation, item suspension, destruction and other activities.
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Min ITE / Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
- Experience in key account management, logistics, warehousing, pharmaceutical or distribution industry.
Advantageous to Have:
- Preferred knowledge of SAP system and proficient in Microsoft Office tools and related software.
- Process mapping or continuous improvement experience.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
