Role Summary:
This position is multifaceted, combining administrative duties with customer service responsibilities.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will manage external communications, maintain office upkeep, coordinate courier services and manage mail and stationery/pantry supplies.
The role also requires serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external visitors and meetings, handling customer inquiries related to training/enrichment/tuition services and providing exceptional communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Business Administration or Business Services Degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Availability to work on weekends
