Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking an experienced customer service administrator to join our team. As a customer service administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have prior experience in customer service or administrative roles.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, or online platforms
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services or products
  • Processing customer orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements
  • Maintaining and updating customer records and service reports
  • Assisting in preparing quotations, billing, and other administrative tasks
  • FOLLOWING UP ON OUTSTANDING ISSUES AND PROVIDING TIMELY UPDATES TO CUSTOMERS

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • GCE 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to multitask and handle work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles will be an advantage
