**Job Description & Requirements**:

**Role & Responsibility**:
2. Provide Clerical & Administrative role to the management and Serve as Frontline Customer Relationship Officer

3. Screen & direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

4. Regular follow up with internal departments/external vendors on progress of any project

5. Organise and schedule meetings, perform research and record minutes of meeting.

6. Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of Management, staff, business partners and external parties

7. Source & Procurement

8. Undertake ad-hoc assignments

9.To assist and look after the HR role, Corporate Sales & Marketing, customers Services relation.

**Skills & Requirement**:
1. Administrative and Clerical experience preferred

2. Able to communicate and write in English and/or Chinese

3. Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

4. Good organizational skills on computers and filing systems

5. Strong Ability to manage time, smartly organize work priorities, and multi-task efficiently and effectively.

6. Positive working attitude and pleasant personality to live and work well with colleague and vendors

7. Commitment to overcome difficult challenges & the conviction to see things through the end

8. Able to respond to management after office hours when necessary

9. Able to work independently without supervision.
