
Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, or in-person.
- Data Entry: You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our system.
- Customer Inquiries: You will handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of our inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to our daily operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Education: Minimum Higher Nitec and above
- Age: Years old
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience: Prior experience in admin/sales support preferred
