Operating as a specialized design house and authorized distributor of power modules and power integrated circuit (IC) solutions, they are known for delivering customized power conversion technologies (DC/DC and AC/DC converters) for a wide range of industries such as telecommunications, medical, transportation, industrial automation, data processing, and test equipment.

The company provides end-to-end support, including solution design, quality assurance testing, regional logistics, and post-sales service for global manufacturing partners.

The Job

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for Power ICs, ensuring alignment with evolving market demands and customer requirements.
  • Prioritize product features and specifications by evaluating customer feedback, technical feasibility, and commercial viability.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate market insights into detailed technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage production timelines and inventory levels in line with demand forecasts.
  • Provide technical support to sales and marketing through the creation of collateral such as whitepapers, datasheets, and application notes.
  • Lead and implement an effective Go-To-Market strategy, supporting successful product introduction and market adoption.

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor product management, ideally with a focus on power electronics or Power ICs.
  • Proven experience in successfully launching IC products into the market.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required due to frequent coordination with China-based suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrates the ability to balance technical constraints with business and market opportunities to guide product direction.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of power semiconductor applications; comfortable working with datasheets, test reports, and other technical documentation.
