Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded Product Manager to join our team. The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in entrepreneurship, demonstrating a self-starting mindset, sharp problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate market shifts, identify emerging trends, and translate insights into actionable product strategies that drive long-term growth.

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our financial product tailored for the gaming community - from conceptualization to Go-To-Market (GTM) execution. This role requires a deep understanding of gaming culture, youth consumption behavior, and financial ecosystems, as well as the ability to build financial models and manage product profitability across multiple revenue streams

Key Responsibilities

Product Planning & Design

  • Develop and design the financial product, ensuring it meets the needs of the gaming community, including the benefits scheme as well as establishing the strategic partnerships.
  • Research industry trends and align product strategies with gaming market demands.
  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to drive product execution.
  • Develop a long-term product roadmap aligned with company vision and evolving market dynamics.

Market Research & Data Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth research on gaming users' spending habits to refine product offerings.
  • Analyse industry trends and competitive products to identify unique advantages.
  • Use data analytics to optimize user conversion and retention rates.
  • Conduct user journey mapping and pain point analysis to inform product design and feature prioritization.
  • Identify white space opportunities and develop innovative solutions that differentiate the product in a competitive landscape.

Financial Modelling & Business Optimization

  • Perform financial modelling to assess product revenue, costs, and profitability.
  • Research collaboration models and financial institutions to determine the best partnership structures.
  • Evaluate and structure strategic partnerships with financial institutions to enhance product scalability and profitability.
  • Develop pricing strategies and revenue models to ensure long-term product viability

Product Launch & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Design and execute product launch plans, including marketing, distribution channels, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and community teams to integrate the product into gaming ecosystems.
  • Gather user feedback post-launch and drive continuous improvements

Requirements

Experience in Gaming & Financial Products

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or related fields, with at least 1–2 years in gaming, fintech, or card schemes
  • Strong understanding of gaming markets, user behavior, and financial services.

Data Analysis & Financial Modeling

  • Proficiency in data analysis to drive product optimization and business strategy
  • Experience in financial modeling and revenue forecasting, particularly in card or payment-related products.

Product Management Expertise

  • Proven ability to design and launch products from scratch.
  • Knowledge of user experience optimization, payment security, and risk control in financial products.
  • Deep understanding of user-centric design principles and the ability to translate user insights into intuitive product features.

Business Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Experience working with banks or payment institutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication and project management skills to coordinate across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with gaming community operations and in-game payment ecosystems.
  • Experience in international markets, particularly in Southeast Asia or Western credit card landscapes.
  • Previous experience in fintech, or gaming payment projects
