Responsibilities:

  • Liaising and communicating with Main contractors/clients.
  • Business development for potential projects and building a long-term partnership with current/future clients.
  • Preparation of sales proposal, quotation, tender documents, and contracts based on project requirements.
  • Monitoring of upcoming and ongoing projects for tendering.

  • Follow up closely on the project process and completion to ensure it is within the specified time, cost, and in line with approved sales requirements, including:

  • Coordinate with the Technical and Operations departments to develop technical solutions and strategies for the client application.

  • Require interacting with all levels to ensure that projects are being carried out and utilizing the necessary resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Sales/Business Development, Project Management in Structural Steel Fabrications, Steel Strutting, Piling Construction, and Basement Excavation projects.
  • Possess JLPT N1 /N2 Certification to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients.
  • Able to travel to various sites and own a car for work purposes.
