About the Roles

We are seeking an Account Assistant / Admin Assistant to join a building and construction firm located in Tuas, with transport provided from Joo Koon MRT. This is a permanent position with a 5-day work week (9.00am–6.00pm) and a competitive salary package with performance bonus. You'll play an integral role in supporting both accounting and administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare quotations, simple design proposals, and project work schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide administrative and office support to maintain efficient operations.
  • Handle billing activities, including issuing invoices and recording customer payments.
  • Verify and process staff petty cash claims accurately.
  • Assist the Head of Department with ad hoc administrative and accounting duties as required.
  • Support other tasks assigned by management to ensure seamless workflow.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Open to applicants without prior experience — training will be provided.
