About the Roles

Join an established energy solutions company as an Account Assistant based in Jurong West. This permanent, full-time role offers a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm) and a competitive salary of $2,500 – $2,800. What You'll Be Doing

  • Record and process all incoming and outgoing payments promptly and accurately.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain up-to-date cash book records.
  • Manage petty cash, ensuring timely reviews and reimbursements.
  • Verify staff claims and handle reimbursement processing.
  • Prepare vendor payment documents and ensure proper authorization.
  • Assist in preparing monthly journal entries and account schedules.
  • Support the accounting team in handling the full set of accounts.
  • Undertake additional accounting or administrative duties as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics will be advantageous.
