
Coordinator, Property Marketing

Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project support to the Property Marketing team, including management of on-property touchpoints under the Property Marketing team's care.
- Assist with finance-related processes, including raising purchase requests and tracking invoices related to projects under Property Marketing.
- Maintain accurate and organised records, files, and databases to support team operations.
- Assist with info governance for the team, including the organisation of files & folders within the Property Marketing team's shared drive.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for the Executive Director.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items where required.
- Coordinate schedules, travel, and meeting logistics for the Property Marketing team.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the Property Marketing team.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience will be beneficial.
Other Prerequisites
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
