Position: Warehouse Admin Asst (Temp to Perm)

Background Info:

Our client is a global logistics provider with expertise in the field of freight forwarding and contract logistic services.

Job Description:

  • Prepare KPI / Inbound / Outbound / Discrepancy reports and monthly meeting material.
  • Liaising with Customer & Transporters for Transportation arrangement
  • Updating data to system
  • Monitoring of order fulfillment status and coordinating with warehouse operations team
  • Prepare monthly billing for customer to accounts department
  • Other ad hoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirement:

  • With experience in warehouse documentations
  • Basic knowledge / experiences on WMS / SAP and documentation is an advantage.
  • Experience in MS Office
  • Proficient in Excel

Job Details:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm, OT after normal hours
  • Hourly pay $11.00
  • Start with 3 months contract, convert or extend if good
