**Plover Trip **is a provider of corporate travel and productivity software as a service (SaaS), and corporate travel management services in Singapore. We are making business travel easier by offering clients simplified yet compelling travel management solutions.

We are looking to grow our Finance and Admin team with detail-oriented individuals. We would like to invite you to join us and become part of a fast-growing team.

Key deliverables include:

- Responsible for proper running of financial and accounting function, processes, tools and control systems
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of entity and consolidated financial reporting
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds
- Construct and prepare financial budget/forecasts
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulators, account standards and tax rulings
- Support in preparation of Board, Shareholders and Investors meeting materials
- Liaise and follow through with the external auditors, corporate secretarial and legal representatives on necessary statutory requirements & compliance
- Manage HR operations and Admin matters
- Work with technology team on finance related productivity initiatives
- Other related duties that may be assigned from time-to-time

A perfect match profile would include:

- Possesses at least 5 years of relevant experience with a Degree or Professional Accountancy qualification
- Knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word
- Good interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills
- Meticulous, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Tags
