Westpoint Transit is looking for a **Senior Operations Executive **to join our growing team, who will be in charge of supervising all subcontractors authorised by the Operations Manager to operate routes contracted by Westpoint.
The scope of work of this role will be as follows:
1. Dispatching timely and comprehensive information to subcontractors, encompassing trip schedules, pricing, signage, special requests, etc.
2. Ensuring subcontractors adhere to standards and meet deadlines promptly.
3. Updating subcontractor information on the company's fleet management system, including rates, contact details, etc.
4. Verifying the accuracy of trip details in each day's routes according to customer specifications via the company's FMS.
5. Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager to enhance team efficiency.
