Job Description: Senior Operation Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operation Executive to join our organization. As a Senior Operation Executive, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. You will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth and effective execution of business processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance workflow, and drive operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor a team of operation executives, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and optimizing inventory turnover.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans, setting clear operational goals and targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an operations executive or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of operations management principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, driving performance and achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, including ERP systems, project management tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the industry.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
