Confined Space Cleaning Technician

About the Role:
- Perform annual cleaning of water tanks under the supervision of a licensed plumber.
- Conduct confined space entry and work in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
Carry out repair and replacement of:
Taps and faucets
- Water closets (WCs)
- Urinal sensors
- Sanitary fittings and accessories
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and piping within confined spaces.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Operate cleaning and plumbing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with licensed plumbers and supervisors to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
About You:
- Experience in plumbing and sanitary maintenance, preferably in confined space environments.
- Candidates with Confined Space Supervisor Training are preferred.
