Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely pest management services at customer premises, including identifying infestations, applying treatments, and writing service reports with recommendations.
  • Plan and coordinate daily schedules for pest control teams while supervising technicians on site procedures, treatment methods, and NEA/ISO compliance.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections to monitor treatment effectiveness, recommend service improvements, and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
  • Manage client relationships, address service feedback, and provide technical advice or escalated recommendations when needed.
  • Oversee inventory and chemical usage, ensuring proper storage, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support team development through on-the-job training, mentorship, and collaboration with customer service, sales, and compliance teams.
  • Assist with preparation of quotations, tenders, and service proposals.

Working Hours

  • 8 hours per day (5.5 days work per week)

e.g. 8 hours work (Monday - Friday), 4 hours work (Saturday)

Requirements

  • NEA Vector Control Technician/Worker license
  • Possess Class 2B or Class 3 driving license
  • Must be willing to do outdoor job
  • Good team player and positive work attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
  • Proficient in using smartphones and navigating mobile applications
  • Need to be physically fit due to work nature
  • Mature candidates are welcome to apply

  • A good team player and open to receiving constructive feedback;
  • Has strong knowledge of using machines, chemicals and tools (preferred  and training will be provided);
  • Well versed in workplace safety and health standards and practices;
  • Experience in the relevant industry a plus;
  • Attentive and  service-oriented.
