Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review work orders for billing purposes.
  • Understand and interpret Schedule of Rates for various clients.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of contracts and work orders.
  • Support administrative activities related to procurement and billing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in any fields
  • Prior experience in maintenance or similar industry contracts
  • Knowledge of procurement procedures and compliance standards
  • Proven experience in procurement, billing, or related roles
  • Well-versed in Schedule of Rates and contract terms related to maintenance work
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret technical and contractual documentation

  • Proficiency in relevant software tools

  • Able to work independently
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
