
Procurement Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Draft and review work orders for billing purposes.
- Understand and interpret Schedule of Rates for various clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of contracts and work orders.
- Support administrative activities related to procurement and billing.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in any fields
- Prior experience in maintenance or similar industry contracts
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and compliance standards
- Proven experience in procurement, billing, or related roles
- Well-versed in Schedule of Rates and contract terms related to maintenance work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to interpret technical and contractual documentation
Proficiency in relevant software tools
- Able to work independently
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
