Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of vessels and fixtures, ensuring smooth execution and high service standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all operational matters, including vessel movement, performance monitoring, and resolving delivery issues, disputes, and claims.
  • Maintain strong communication with Owners, Charterers, and brokers on vessel-related matters.
  • Support management reporting and ship chartering tasks, including clause negotiations and vessel clearance.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with 3 years' experience in seagoing and tanker vessel operations, specifically for Clean Petroleum Products.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience in vessel operations with solid knowledge of the shipping industry.
  • Highly analytical, able to work independently and systematically under pressure.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and detail-focused with effective communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable to change, and an excellent team player.
