Adecco is partnering with a leading German multinational in the logistics industry to find an Operation Executive. In this role, you will oversee the entire operational process for both air and sea shipments for their key account, managing complex projects.

The Opportunity:

Adecco is representing a globally operating logistics company, seeking a Operation Executive to join their team. This role is integral to our Global Projects and Industry Solutions department, which specializes in creating customized logistics solutions for diverse industries. The position involves managing complex projects with critical schedules and engineered solutions, ensuring precision and expertise in every task. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the seamless operation of logistics services, from installing advanced equipment in remote locations to overseeing large-scale infrastructure investments. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on high-profile global projects

  • Permanent and stable opportunity

  • Location: Changi South
  • Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
  • Salary up to $4100 + AWS + VB

The Job:

  • Follow up on shipment status, prepare and process shipments, and provide timely updates to customers
  • Handle all necessary documentation for shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all COD customer payments are collected prior to the release of the bill of lading or delivery
  • Respond promptly to all messages and inquiries related to operational matters, providing clear information
  • Establish new services and plan groupage services as directed, continuously improving operational efficiency

The Talent:

  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in freight forwarding
  • Proficiency in import/ export documentation and familiarity with Tradenet will be advantageous.
