What you'll be doing

  • Manage day-to-day logistics and operations activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely

delivery of goods and services

  • Monitor and track inventory levels to optimize operational efficiency
  • Handle the company's hotline (24/7 while the guest is on the ground).
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to enhance

productivity and reduce costs

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for

process improvements

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and

operations management

  • Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned

What we are looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics management and operations management
  • Need commit on weekends / public holiday – Shift

Work

  • Able to handle night hotline
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and operations processes
  • Proficient in timeline management and ensuring timely delivery of services
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Entry Level candidates or new to workforce with the right attitude will also

be considered.
