You'll be the driving force that will take our local supplier partner relationships, who are enabling Internet and Cloud services, forward and tell our story far and wide. You'll make sure that all our connectivity service options guarantee an amazing customer experience along their entire journey and supports their businesses today, tomorrow and into the future.

As part of the Supplier Relations Management team, it is your shared objective to find, develop and manage first in class local partner relationships that can deliver a unique commercial and operational customer experience. Ultimately your contribution will drive growth for Expereo being the visionary partner for our customers.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serves as the primary point of contact for routine supplier queries and correspondence.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate and follow up on meetings, action items and deliverables.
• Maintain and regularly update supplier information and records in the system.
• Track supplier contracts, certifications and compliance documentation
• Assist in the onboarding process of new suppliers.
• Monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Identify and escalate recurring supplier issues.
• Track progress of resolutions and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure suppliers comply with internal procedures, policies and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to suppliers on documentation and system access requirements.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and proactively alert relevant teams for renewal or review.

• Completed any higher education
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Supplier management/vendor relations in any industry; Telecom Internet experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize work to the needs of the business;
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts;
• High attention to detail with evidenced problem-solving skills;
• Structured, methodical and well-organized, creative, persistent, quality and result driven;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
• Have the desire to learn business processes, strategy and "big picture" thinking;
• Enthusiasm and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to all tasks;
• Comfortable in a high-paced dynamic, work environment;
• Resilient, with the ability to perform well under pressure and to deadlines;
• Excellent command of the English language; other language skills are a plus;
• Knowledge of and experience within Asia Telecommunication market is a plus.
