Good communication in English. - Mechanical or Packaging related experience includes the capability of reviewing DFM, process qualification. - Experience in supplier audits. - Basic quality knowledge (PPAP, CPK, GRR, 8D etc.) - Bachelor’s degree in engineering - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or quality environment. - Be willing to travel frequently.

Job summary Supply Development Manager strives to be the leader in supplier development and quality management for Amazon products. Key responsibilities include developing supplier process during NPI and manage Mass Production of high quality parts. This role will drive for continuous improvements and lead problem solving. This role is responsible for: - Lead and conduct potential supplier qualification audits for both system and process levels. - Lead suppliers to qualify process via DFM, process setup and builds during NPI stage. - Ensure the supplier’s readiness in process and quality performance. - Lead problem solving - Drive for continuous improvements
- Familiar with consumer electronic products mechanical or packaging process
- Experience on DOE & Hypothesis Testing will be a plus.
- Able to use Minitab to perform data analysis and make sound decisions.
- GB/BB and CQE/CQM, auditor certification.
