**Introduction to the job**:
As a Logistics Supplier Manager in ASML Singapore office, you will be managing a couple of ASML’s key suppliers in Southeast Asia and responsible for ensuring supply chain readiness both at the high volume phase and before NPI transitions to the high volume, de-escalating supply chain risks, and driving operational excellence at suppliers. To make the aforementioned happen, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure execution of supply chain strategy and drive success for the organization.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Assess and secure suppliers’ capacity of materials, manpower, machines, and method to fulfill ASML’s short-term demand and long-term forecast
- Optimize output of the supplier and n-tiers to meet ASML demand and demand changes
- Review demand, supply, and forecast regularly with internal and external stakeholders and take necessary actions to close the gap
- Proactively execute supply chain risk analysis and execute action plans to eliminate risks
- Manage escalations to solve bottlenecks in supply chain and avoid re-occurrence
- Early engage with the transition from NPI to high volume to ensure supply continuity after the transition
- Continuously drive process and manufacturing improvements at suppliers to solve structural bottlenecks in their supply chain (and in their n-tiers supply chain) and to secure 95% on-time delivery
- Co-work with various internal and external stakeholders, including procurement, engineers, project managers, factory, suppliers, etc., to negotiate resources, achieve alignments, and drive results to meet business goals

**Education and experience**:

- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or 10+ years equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of material management and planning
- Proficiency in ERP software, preferably SAP
- Project management experience
