THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Here are how your day-to-day responsibilities of the role will look like but are not limited to:
- Establish and develop relationships and service level agreements with ISP, Carriers and Telecom and Equipment organizations;
- Consistently assess Expereo’s cost profile with its local providers and identify and implement initiatives that will result in cost savings;
- Prepare Strategic Sourcing business cases, ROI models, supplier partner communication plans and contracting options;
- Work closely with our legal teams and procurement stakeholders to develop and execute the most favorable negotiation strategies.
- Drive an optimized cost base of the carrier/provider services by setting up and maintaining an optimal mix of carriers/providers per market;
- Own supplier relationship management and lead supplier rationalization and segmentation initiatives;
- Regularly review, improve and develop the operational and commercial performance of the carriers/providers;
- Keep track of new developments in technologies in the designated region;
- Support sales with commercial projects, where additional services or solutions or special commercial conditions from carriers/providers are required;
- Act as the main interface between Expereo and in-country supplier partners and support operational escalations;
- Ensure that the APAC Supplier Partners, products, services, pricing, coverage, SLA and other related details are up-to-date and properly administrated in the Expereo Systems.
- Attend Telco events in APAC region.
- Completed any higher education
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Supplier management/vendor relations in any industry; Telecom Internet experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize work to the needs of the business;
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts;
- High attention to detail with evidenced problem-solving skills;
- Structured, methodical and well-organized, creative, persistent, quality and result driven;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
- Have the desire to learn business processes, strategy and “big picture” thinking;
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to all tasks;
- Comfortable in a high-paced dynamic, work environment;
- Resilient, with the ability to perform well under pressure and to deadlines;
- Excellent command of the English language; other language skills are a plus;
- Knowledge of and experience within Asia Telecommunication market is a plus.
