You will:

  • Prepare and generate invoices based on clients' requirements, company's billing SOPs and guidelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice submission according to clients' submission requirements and instructions.
  • Deal with customer enquiries regarding invoices.
  • Reconcile between monthly sales reports sent by salesperson and billing reports generated from the system to ensure the accuracy of the billing amount.
  • Generate outstanding job reports for salesperson.
  • Perform data entry of customer receipts.
  • Perform bank reconciliation for customer receipt portion
  • Be able to work and liaise with stakeholders from other departments in regard to billing matters

Requirements

  • Good organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Highly responsible, able to multi-task
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
