Position: Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
  • Salary Range: $2,500 – $4,000
  • Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Job Site: Based on project requirements (candidate must be willing to travel to job sites)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customer enquiries and conduct site surveys as required.
  • Prepare detailed engineering designs and propose M&E solutions for clients.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project works based on contractual timelines.
  • Handle daily operational matters related to project execution.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, designs, and documentation.
  • Perform on-site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Draft reports, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and related project documents.
  • Attend and participate in project progress and coordination meetings.
  • Coordinate project handovers with clients, including documentation submission.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, material costings, and contract documentation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and expand professional network.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:
  • Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.
  • Familiar with local construction standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong project coordination, documentation, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
