Salary: Up to $5,000 + Great Bonuses

Work Arrangement: 5 Days / Office Hours

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documentation for electrical projects
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and progress to ensure financial targets are met
  • Evaluate contractor quotations, variation claims, and payment applications
  • Assist in contract administration, procurement, and negotiation with contractors and suppliers
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve cost-related issues
  • Prepare reports and financial analysis for management review
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company procedures

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in electrical projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction costs, electrical systems, and tendering processes
  • Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, QS tools)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
