Senior Quantity Surveyor (A1 Main Con, HQ/Project) - YL

Be part of our client's dynamic team — a distinguished A1 main contractor recognized for delivering landmark residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Singapore. The role offers a 5-day work week with performance incentives, with opportunities available at both headquarters and project sites across Singapore.

What you will do

  • Develop and compile precise cost estimates and tender documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate pricing and project information.
  • Review and assess variations, value engineering options, and related cost impacts.
  • Monitor and report on cost performance throughout the tender process.
  • Examine tender and contract terms, addressing commercial risks or ambiguities.
  • Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and meet required standards and safety regulations.

What you will need

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.

Candidates with building project experience who are interested in transitioning to MRT projects are welcome to apply.

Applicants with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
