Job Summary:

As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost estimation, tender submissions, contract administration, and managing project claims.

Principal Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Contracts Manager
  • Prepare tender submission; handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
  • Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments

Requirements

  • Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying
  • 1 – 5 years of relevant experience with a contractor
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply. Training provided
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior position
  • Meticulous and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive team player who can work independently and under tight deadlines
