About the Roles
We are seeking a driven Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager to join a leading freight forwarder based in Ubi. This is a permanent position offering a competitive package that includes basic salary, allowances, AWS, and variable bonus. You will enjoy a Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm schedule, providing excellent work-life balance. What You'll Be Doing
- Drive new business by sourcing clients locally and internationally through calls, emails, and networking.
- Promote the company's logistics and freight forwarding solutions to targeted markets.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless account onboarding.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Act as the main contact point for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to overseas partners and clients.
- Lead and mentor Sales Executives, setting a strong example in professionalism, organization, and sales performance.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure targets for calls, meetings, proposals, and closures are consistently achieved.
- Contribute to special projects and perform other ad-hoc tasks when required.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or a similar role, with logistics or e-commerce background considered a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, or parcel delivery services is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a keen interest in developing new business opportunities.
- Skilled in negotiation, listening, and presentation, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Confident in networking and relationship building, with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
