Job Descriptions
- Food inventory control
- Handle & monitor the drivers' delivery schedule
- Undertake logistic such as applying for Import Permits and invoicing matters.
- Follow up on online sales, packing and customer service via Google shared drive
- Follow up on cargo clearance
- Manage and track cold room inventory
- Consolidate and handle packing for restaurants
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Open to Singaporean & S.P.R (no quota available)
- At least O level in a related field
- Minimum 1-year working experience in a related field
- Candidates with previous experience as an Admin in F&B Services/Seafood and meat import or Online platform services industry would be added advantage.
- Candidates are required to assist to load and unload foodstuff of at least 10kg each in the cold room.
- Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin (as the need to liaise with Mandarin client speaking through phone calls and online platform written way)
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel and Google Drive
Other Details:
- Working days: 5 days work a week (Mon-Fri); 8am - 5pm
