Job Scope:

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, including preparing quotations and processing sales orders.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, and assist in the preparation of sales-related documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate delivery scheduling.
  • Support sourcing activities by identifying products/materials, issuing purchase orders, and following up with suppliers on order status.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records and monitor inventory levels to support both procurement and sales operations.
  • Track order progress and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as required by management on an ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O/N Level, ITE, or Diploma in Business Admin, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Entry level are welcome to apply training is provided
