Singapore A-IT Software Services Pte Ltd Full time $4,000 - $8,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Business Support professional to join our growing team at A-IT Software Services Pte Ltd. You will provide valuable administrative and operational support to our business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Admin & HR related tasks, including timesheet, leave, expense claim, contract management, employee records, recruitment coordination, payroll management
  • Preparing invoices issuance, familiar with accounting software: Accpac / Sage will be an advantage.
  • Preparing monthly statement of account for outstanding payments.
  • Knowledge on MOM regulations & work pass application will be an advantage.
  • Liaising on general and medical insurance matters
  • Assist in any other adhoc matters as and when required

Key Requirements

  • Holds professional administration qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles
  • Experience in accounting software will be advantage (Accpac / Sage accounting package)
  • Independent and self-driven with high level of initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and multitask
  • Good team player and working attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
  • Prioritize task according to urgency.
