We are seeking an experienced Business Support professional to join our growing team at A-IT Software Services Pte Ltd. You will provide valuable administrative and operational support to our business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Admin & HR related tasks, including timesheet, leave, expense claim, contract management, employee records, recruitment coordination, payroll management
- Preparing invoices issuance, familiar with accounting software: Accpac / Sage will be an advantage.
- Preparing monthly statement of account for outstanding payments.
- Knowledge on MOM regulations & work pass application will be an advantage.
- Liaising on general and medical insurance matters
- Assist in any other adhoc matters as and when required
Key Requirements
- Holds professional administration qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles
- Experience in accounting software will be advantage (Accpac / Sage accounting package)
- Independent and self-driven with high level of initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and multitask
- Good team player and working attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software
- Adaptable and flexible, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- Prioritize task according to urgency.
