**PURPOSE**:
This position supports the Business Transformation Team in areas of data extraction & mapping activities for Asia Pacific & Operating Companies. Key responsibilities include data gathering, validation & consolidating data as required for the Projects. He/she shall also support activities to execute data alignment across Functions for standardization.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**:
This role will involve conducting data extraction, review and work with will multiple Business Users on data mapping requirements to achieve HQ/Regional standard.
- Assist Business Transformation Manager to drive data mapping and standardization & alignment activities
- Extract data from data sources and validate information with IT/ Cross Functional Teams across Operating Companies/AP HQ
- Assist in identification / investigation of data related inconsistencies
- Compile & consolidate submission of data/information/templates from Operating Companies/AP HQ
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with Business Users / PIC on information needs
- Liaise with Business Users and ensure follow-ups are attended promptly
- Partner with Business Users to address data quality challenges
- Update status summary of data submission
- Assist in documentation
- Fulfil ad-hoc / other related duties and assignment as required by adapting to competing demand, organizational changes and new responsibilities;
**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years or more experience ( _Financial / Business Planning & Analysis is preferred) _
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management/ Business Administration / Science
- _Knowledge in the analysis of business requirements _
- _Experience in Management Performance Reporting & Business Analysis _
- An effective team player who is self-driven, able to work independently within a fast paced environment under tight deadline and able to manage ambiguity;
- Written and verbal communication;
