Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Financial Management and investment banking. Responsible for collaborating with front-to-back stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver IT solutions that align with business objectives.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT;
- Must have 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis within corporate financing;
- Must have strong understanding of financial instruments such as Syndications, Commercial Loans, Letter of Credit (LCs), Guarantees, Factoring;
- Must have hands-on experience with the entire SDLC;
- Exposure with UML and test automation methodologies;
- Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries;
- Detail-oriented and motivated professional with strong analytical and communication skills, focused on delivering effective solutions in challenging environments.
Desired Skill-set
- CBAP or ECBA Certified;
- Exposure to functional leadership or project management roles.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements using industry-standard BA practices;
- Analyze and map current business processes and propose optimized models aligning with target architecture and future business needs;
- Draft functional specifications and design solutions in partnership with IT developers;
- Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation and support development teams through implementation;
- Provide domain expertise to ensure solutions are viable and aligned with business objectives;
- Conduct application testing, manage defect resolution, and ensure timely delivery of quality features;
- Maintain documentation, prepare training materials, and guide end-users;
- Coordinate with different user groups and ensure smooth onboarding of interface services;
- Investigate and resolve application issues during the test and post-deployment phases;
- Promote process improvements and contribute to strategic business-IT alignment.
