**Roles & Responsibilities**
Unison Consulting established in the year 2012 in Singapore. We provide technology consulting, systems implementation, and integrations service to Asia Pacific customers. We help transform enterprise data in actionable insights. Our consultants have wide range of functional expertise within **Banking and Financial** services spectrum, working closely with clients to anticipate, illuminate and overcome complex business challenges.
Our objective is to be a one-stop solution provider all enterprise business intelligence and data warehousing needs of organizations. Our mission is to consistently deliver our services to our clients in a cost-effective way without compromising the quality.
Our current clients include - DBS, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank and Maybank. Now we are looking for **Business Analyst** for our **DBS client**. If you are a highly motivated professional with the desire to step into the consulting world; if you are a self-motivated learner who can quickly master the processes and steps to implement a new project; if you are an organized and flexible person who enjoys managing projects and responsibilities?
- To engage and assist business managers and end users to articulate requirements.
- Elicit requirements, prioritise and analyse requests, design business processes, workflows and user interfaces, review of functional specifications.
- Work with System Delivery and Project Office as well as other internal IT departments, IS and vendor to arrive at optimal solutions for the Business with compliances to Bank’s standards, policies and guidelines.
- Prepare / review test scenarios and test cases, and other related activities to ensure business needs are met.
- Ensure gaps in deliverables are identified early and addressed effectively.
- Ensure Business stakeholders' expectations are met.
- Provide thought leadership within own area of responsibility and profession within the bank.
- To engage and assist business managers and end users to articulate requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates with good analytical and programming skills shall be considered.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, expertise in SQL is desirable.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple demands and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
