Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for freight customers, managing bookings, tracking, and inquiries.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and proactive communication.
  • Coordinate with operations, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely shipment delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage shipping documents, billing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist sales with follow-ups, quotations, and accurate recordkeeping.

Requirement:

  • O-Level or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics/freight forwarding, preferably airfreight.
  • Skilled in full freight documentation, including Dangerous Goods and customs declarations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight management systems.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
