Role Overview:

We are seeking high-performing Private Bankers to join our Singapore-based team, focusing on client acquisition and portfolio growth across Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. You will be responsible for delivering bespoke wealth solutions and deepening relationships with UHNW clients, serving as a trusted advisor across generations.

Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition:

    Identify and onboard new UHNW clients in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia, growing your portfolio and AUM.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build long-term, multi-generational client relationships by deeply understanding their wealth creation sources and financial goals.
  • Advisory & Investment Solutions:

    Deliver tailored investment strategies and wealth planning solutions aligned with clients' risk profiles and objectives.
  • Cross-Selling Products:

    Collaborate with product specialists to provide a full range of private banking solutions across investments, insurance, credit, and estate planning.
  • Compliance & Risk:

    Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements including KYC/AML, MAS regulations, and internal policies.
  • Revenue Target:

    Maintain and grow a book of business generating annual revenues between USD 1.8 to 2 million.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Private Banking, with demonstrated success in client acquisition and portfolio management.
  • Proven ability to manage UHNW clients
  • In-depth understanding of financial products, advisory strategies, and market trends across Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
  • Strong compliance knowledge and familiarity with MAS regulatory standards.
  • CACS Paper 1 and 2 certifications are mandatory for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree required; professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CFP) are an advantage.
