About the role

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Client Manager to oversee and grow strategic customer accounts within our MSSP business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving retention, and identifying opportunities to expand our cybersecurity services. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of managed security services, and the ability to align client needs with our technical capabilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise and telecom accounts.
  • Understand client business objectives and security requirements to align MSSP offerings accordingly.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and evolving threat landscapes.
  • Manage contract renewals, service expansions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring feedback is captured and addressed.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Strong understanding of MSSP offerings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Adaptability and resilience to navigate changing market conditions
