Job Description
- Food preparation
· Ability to manage entire station independently
- support Chef de Partie and Sous Chef
· Take responsibility for receiving and safe storage of food ingredients
· Ensure first in first out (FIFO) practices are used in the restaurant
· Assist Sous Chefs with maintaining of equipment and kitchen facilities
· To be responsible for personal hygiene and grooming
Requirements :
· 1 years of experience in European/Mediterranean/Spanish cuisine,
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Posses valid Singapore Food Hygiene Certificate
· Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
· Able to commit weekends and public holidays
· Good team player and outgoing
· Entry Level are Welcome
· Able to be versatile and multitasking
